Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Violin Lessons 1. General Information • Lessons are conducted online via video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Skype, etc.). • Available for all levels, lessons are personalized to fit the student’s goals and preferred music styles (classical, RnB, Afrobeats, reggae, dancehall, and more). • Custom sheet music is provided for each lesson, based on the songs the student wants to learn. 2. Pricing and Packages • Single Lesson ($300): One 1-hour private lesson with Mapy. • 5-Lesson Package ($800): Five 1-hour private lessons, including custom sheet music for each lesson. Package valid for 90 days from purchase. 3. Scheduling • Lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • A scheduling link will be provided after payment is received. • Lessons are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the lesson being forfeited. • If Mapy must cancel a lesson, a rescheduled date will be provided. 5. No-Show Policy • If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson is forfeited. • Arriving late will not extend the lesson time, and the full lesson fee will apply. 6. Payment Terms • Full payment is required upfront to confirm the booking for both the $300 lesson and the $800 package. • Payments are processed through the booking system. • No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled lessons. 7. Refund Policy • No refunds will be issued after payment is made, except in cases where the instructor cancels or reschedules a lesson. • If you are unsatisfied with the lesson quality, please contact us immediately for assistance. 8. Confidentiality • All lesson materials, including custom sheet music, are for personal use only and cannot be shared or redistributed. • Personal information will remain confidential and only used for communication related to lessons. 9. Modifications • Mapy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
